I wanted to thank you for making me feel so special when you took my photos for the makeover and photoshoot session. It was so much fun and felt great to finally see the proofs. I had forgotten what it feels like to be pampered and for someone else to take care of me for a little while! As women we are always the ones behind the camera so it was nice to be in front of the camera. You made me feel so comfortable and I even forgot about the camera being in the room.At each stage of our life it is nice to have photos to see how we have changed, but also to see how we have gotten better,I had a great time! Thank you so much.
When it came time for my daughter’s senior pictures, I knew who to call, but more importantly, I knew WHY to call Sherri’s Portraits. Now many have asked me, why spend the extra money when the High Schools have a photo studio lined up. These studios do a fine job of the standard cookie cutter picture. However, this is the last time, as a parent, you will be able to capture your child on the cusp of adulthood. Sherri understands all of this, and she understands the importance of individuality compared to the cookie cutter images. Her ability to work with inside settings and outside settings is breathtaking. Her knowledge of lighting can take an overcast day into a day of brilliance, and vice versa. Her vivacious personality instantly sets the tone for all of her pictures. Sherri is able to take that “one of a kind picture” of your child, which you will have forever. And I am excited to say, I have that “one of a kind picture” of my daughter.
It was my daughter, Emily, that introduced me to Sherri’s Portraits. She had heard of it through her best friend ... Once we met Sherri, Emily immediately felt at ease. It was as if we were seeing a dear friend that we had not seen in a while. Sherri listened to all of Emily’s ideas for her senior photo shoot. Sherri really listened to find out who Emily really was ...The entire experience was just great! Emily’s pictures were just beautiful and Sherri did a terrific job in capturing Emily for her senior pictures.
Love, love, love them! Did I mention that I love them?!? hee hee…thanks so much! Even got a “Very cool” out of Jack when he saw them
